Compiling PPMd var J1 on Ubuntu

Anybody knows how to do it properly? I cannot compile it at all, not to mention multiple warnings during compilation about missing functions at linking stage, comparing different types of variables, loss of precision, etc

I have 64-bit Ubuntu 11.10, but I'm looking for preferably a way to compile on any full featured 64-bit flavor of Linux.

Thanks, it works (albeit with multiple warnings)
