    LZBW1 - compression tool by another newbye :)

    Hello !

    After Cyan who present LZP2 here, it's me with LZBW1

    LZBW1 is based on LZP2 algorithm with Hash table to improve compression rate and minimize speed impact.
    On enwik tests, there are only 10 or 15% of compression rate's gain
    but more on other 'high redundant' files.

    My objective is to equal 'lzrw3a' on compression rate on 'complex' files like enwik but with a better speed.
