v1.9 decompression failed on enwik8. Output files are the wrong size. They start off OK but have garbage at the ends. Smaller files were OK however. Tested on the 32 bit version under 32 bit Vista.

    Code:
        34,015,496 enwik8-c0-27
        63,886,447 enwik8-c0-27.out
        31,830,179 enwik8-c1-27
        84,503,107 enwik8-c1-27.out
        31,440,891 enwik8-c2-28
13,964,214,272 enwik8-c2-28.out (still running when I killed it)
        29,588,129 enwik8-c3-26
        86,092,078 enwik8-c3-26.out
        29,105,616 enwik8-c4-27
       891,092,992 enwik8-c4-27.out (still running)
        27,569,224 enwik8-c5-26
       100,000,000 enwik8-c5-26.out (output was correct)
       242,485,146 enwik9-c5-26
       788,594,688 enwik9-c5-26.out (program crashed)

Sorry about the wait, I've been busy over Christmas. I'm still working out what exactly causes this to happen.
