I wont to directly measure a quantum lenght ( cpu slice thingy) of Windows
Im not a pro programmer in anyway i jsut mess around with a bit of scripting.
i tried doing a sleep 0 which is suppoede to give up the cpu slice and measure how many times i could do that in a given time. but it came back ~15.6ms which is not my quantim lenght
Is there any easy tool to run that can tell me ( by measuring) the current quantume lenght.
tools that just read of the registry is of no help since im testing if updating the registry is working "live" or if reboot is needed to have the actual effect
