    Context Mixing

    In large text compression benchmark, i have seen all top 15 compression program use CM algorithm. May be this is Context Mixing. I want to learn CM . Can anyone give me some good resource to learn it . If you can give me some source code , it will be helpful

    Matt Mahoney's online book is a starting point, maybe then perhaps the older PAQ code, before all the extra bells and whistles were added.
